Terms and conditions
for the draw of a lcmd construction site BBQ

1. Organizer of the prize draw:
‍The organizer of the prize draw is LCM Digital GmbH (hereinafter also referred to as "lcmd").
‍
2. Eligibility criteria:
All existing customers of LCM Digital GmbH are eligible to participate.

3. Participation period:
The prize draw starts on April 29, 2025 and ends on May 26, 2025. All registrations received after the end of the participation period cannot be considered.

4. Participation requirements:
To take part in the prize draw for an lcmd construction site BBQ, the following conditions must be met:
     1. There must be an active contract between your company and lcmd for the use of the software.
     2. Several participations per company are possible, as applications are made on a project basis.
     3. Participation is free of charge and without obligation.
     4. Participants agree that photos and video recordings may be made during the BBQ event, which lcmd may
         use for marketing and communication purposes. This includes publication on the lcmd website, on social
         media (LinkedIn, etc.), in newsletters and other marketing materials. The recordings may show people, the
         event itself and the construction site as an event location.

5. Prize:
All existing lcmd customers will be entered into a prize draw to win a construction site BBQ directly at your site. The BBQ will take between two and three hours, excluding preparation and follow-up work. The BBQ is free of charge for the winner. Details of the date, time, set-up and dismantling will be agreed by e-mail or telephone once the winner has been determined.

6. Winner Selection:
The winner will be determined through a random draw after the entry period has ended. The winner will be notified within 7 business days after the end of the prize draw via email or phone, and the winner will also be announced subsequently via LinkedIn and email.

7. Privacy policy:
In order to carry out the competition, the contact details of the person applying and the company as well as information about the project will be collected. In addition, photos and videos will be taken during the BBQ event for marketing and communication purposes. The contact details will be used exclusively for the competition and the subsequent planning of the construction site BBQ and then deleted again. The photo and video recordings will be used and stored by lcmd for marketing purposes. Further information can be found in our Privacy policy.

8. Liability:
LCM Digital GmbH is not responsible for any technical issues that may affect participation in the prize draw. Legal recourse is excluded. Merely entering the prize draw does not entitle participants to a prize.

9. Modification of the Terms and Conditions:
lcmd reserves the right to cancel or modify the prize draw at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
