1. Organizer of the Sweepstakes:
‍The organizer of the sweepstakes is LCM Digital GmbH (hereinafter also referred to as “lcmd”).

2. Eligibility:
All existing customers of LCM Digital GmbH are eligible to participate.

3. Participation Period:

‍The sweepstakes begins on May 7, 2026, and ends on June 11, 2026. Any entries submitted after the participation period will not be considered.

4. Participation Requirements:

‍To enter the drawing for an lcmd construction site BBQ, the following conditions must be met:

- There must be an active software usage agreement between your company and lcmd.

- Multiple entries per company are allowed, as applications are project-based.

- Participation is free of charge and non-binding.

- Participants agree that photo and video recordings may be made during the BBQ event, which lcmd may use for marketing and communications purposes. This includes publication on the lcmd website, social media (LinkedIn, etc.), newsletters, and other marketing materials. The recordings may show participants, the event itself, and the construction site as the event location. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all photo and video recordings are coordinated with and approved by the property owner or other relevant parties in advance.

5. Prize:
One construction site BBQ will be awarded to a participant, to be held directly on their construction site. The BBQ will take approximately two to three hours and does not include preparation or cleanup. The BBQ is free of charge for the winner. Details regarding the date, time, setup, and teardown will be arranged by email or phone after the winner is determined.

6. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected by random drawing after the participation period ends. The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 business days after the sweepstakes ends, and the announcement will also be shared via LinkedIn and email.

7. Data Privacy:
To conduct the sweepstakes, the contact information of the applicant and their company, as well as project information, will be collected. Additionally, photo and video recordings will be taken during the BBQ event for marketing and communications purposes. Contact information will be used solely for the sweepstakes and the subsequent planning of the construction site BBQ, and will then be deleted. The photo and video recordings will be stored and used by lcmd for marketing purposes. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Liability:‍

lcmd is not responsible for technical issues that may affect participation in the sweepstakes. Legal recourse is excluded. Participation alone does not entitle a participant to any prize.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
lcmd reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
