Michael Boss
I see the biggest advantage in the fact that I can simply immediately overview the overall process plan in all possible scaling variants and filter variants without having to work with paper printouts and complex post-it wall panels. The online availability and the ability to use and adapt the plan in video conferences also make my work much easier.
